More detailed information about the avalanche: 

Observed multiple crowns and one natural release on steep, south facing terrain that had been cross-loaded by south westerly winds. Most fractures appeared to run vertically up slope on "ribs" adjacent to chutes and gully features. Also observed thick and reactive pillows of windslab just below ridgelines on NE aspects that were thick but isolated to near ridgeline. Easily triggered.
